By downloading or using Pocket Checker ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Pocket Checker is a location-based reminder app that alerts you to check your belongings when leaving a location. The App runs entirely on your device and does not require an account or internet connection for core functionality.

Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute or resell the App

Location Services

The App requires access to your device's location services to function. You may revoke location access at any time through your device settings, but the App will not be able to provide departure reminders without it.

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruption or error. The App is a reminder tool — it is not a security device and should not be relied upon as the sole means of protecting your belongings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of belongings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
